Opportunities At CONTROLRadioUK

Are you passionate about Music or Writing? Are you looking for a start in a career as a TV Critic/Music Industry? Then CONTROLRadioUK has the opportunity for you!

We're expanding our team and looking for writers, DJ's and people with an interest in data entry, to write regular reviews on TV shows of your choice, the latest singles, albums, movies, general entertainment news, DJ's interested in having their show played out to our listeners, and people with an interest in data entry to help our submission team to input songs into our system.

Your level of experience isn't important to us, your passion is! You'll need to be committed to writing articles on a weekly, and on occasional daily basis, which will be tweeted out to our 5,000 and constantly growing Twitter follower, Facebook & Tumblr page, and our website regularly receives over 20,000 visitors a month.

This is an un-paid gig, but we are regularly invited to album launches, record label events, concerts around the Country from the Artists and Bands we play on CONTROLRadioUK, offer up tickets to attend concerts by main stream artists & of course the screeners. Whilst we don't at present do advance previews for shows (come on! there's only sooooo many hours in the day) we do receive screeners from a variety of shows, and you would be given the opportunity to write up an advance preview or review to go out as soon as an episode has aired.

Your direct point of contact will be Sammy B and our Owner Trisha Benjamin. CONTROLRadioUK is run by blogger so you would require a gmail account & some experience of using blogger, but have no fear because if you don't, I'll walk you through it and upload your articles to our website in the event you don't have a gmail account. You would of course retain full credit, and promote your article across social media platforms which we'll of course retweet etc.

If all of this sounds like fun, simply fill out the form below.

PLEASE NOTE: CONTROLRadioUK believe in equality for all. Please do not apply for this position if you are racist, homophobic, sexist, ablest or misogynistic.
