In casting news, Holly Elissa has been cast as Red Dart, a ruthless and precise killer. Michael Jonsson as Kodiak, a beast of a man with brute force, and Miranda Edwards is Silencer, a master of Stealth. These three assassins were scouted by Ricardo Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) as a means of taking his revenge on Oliver and his team after they took down his criminal empire.
