WGAF…. AWGUI! ???, you know what that means dontchya?! Yes it’s We’ve Got A Fuzzbox… And We’re Gonna Use It! (Really?) Yes really! (OMG!)
Most famous for their WEA released no. 5 album Big Bang! in the late 80s, the album spawned the 80’s classics Pink Sunshine, International Rescue and Self. All three singles were Top 30 singles and the band also scored a US Top 20 Billboard hit in 1989. They are still the UK’s most successful all-girl band (who play instruments).
Currently touring the UK, the band have re-united with Big Bang legendary producer, Andy Richards (Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Pet Shop Boys, Propaganda) to create a truly unique song especially for a new legion of fans. Engineer extraordinaire, Dave Bascombe (Depeche Mode, Human League, Erasure) is also on board to mix and master the track.
The band are thrilled to be back in the UK spotlight again as lead singer-songwriter ViX explains “Our new single is quirky, edgy, poppy and unlike anything else! We really think our fuzzy fans will get it!”
