New Characters:
Alaska Yu, described as a typical 20-something easily swept up by romantic notions and fantasy novels, who is an expert in the world of the magical creatures.
Hank Heywood, the father of Nick Zano’s Nate. Hank is a charmer who spent his career in the military and the Department of Defense.
Charlie (played by Maisie), a magical fugitive who slips through the rift the Waverider crew opened. She’s a rebel without a cause, she’s a trickster. She’s on her own mission, and the Legends stumble upon her. She’s going to shake up the ship.
New Baddies:
Up until this point, we’ve been dealing with earthly and historical bad guys, and we certainly had fun with all of that, but this year we dabbled in the world of the occult, through Damien Darhk and his enterprises.
We want Mallus to be used as 'the tip of the iceberg. He is not human, and we want to start playing with the idea that Earth hasn’t always belonged just to our kind.
