Fresh off the back of her success as Princess Anne on Netflix's hit series 'The Crown', Vanessa Kirby is taking her talent to the silver screen. Variety are reporting, which Dwayne Johnson has seemingly confirmed, that Vanessa Kirby will be in the upcoming Fast & Furious spin-off.
The spin-off stars Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham as Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw. The film was rumored to be in development for a while as the next stage in the Fast & Furious franchise before it was confirmed. Chris Morgan has penned the script, which is scheduled to begin production this fall, and whilst plot details at this stage are of course vague, the film is set to centre around Hobbs and Shaw's team-up.
After the last fast & Furious movie introduced Helen Mirren as Shaw's mother, this spin-off is set to see Vanessa Kirby play an MI-5 agent and Shaw’s sister.
