Tundra to Release New Single 'Pink Eye' + Second EP "Life's Beach" Out on 27th April

Fresh off the back of their support slot with Marmozets, Burysound 2017 victory and BBC Introducing premiere, one of the most exciting unsigned bands in the UK, Tundra, are set to release their second EP ‘Life’s Beach’, April 27th.

The surf-punk trio comprised of bassist/vocalist Elliot Booth, guitarist/vocalist Caitlin Pegley and drummer Elliott Roger-Brown, return with their best work to date, hitting back with more progressive and expansive themes whilst experimenting with slower tracks. Not just one trick punk ponies, Tundra worked alongside rising stars Gavin Macinally and George Perks (The Darkness, Black Peaks) on the production of ‘Life’s a Beach’, making it clear as to why BBC Introducing and Radio 1 presenter Ollie Winiberg was “emotionally invested within 30 seconds”.

Bassist Elliot Booth said: “We wrote a lot of the EP in the midst of a horrible winter, looking ahead to the summer. During the writing, we lost 2 friends in a car accident, so it has a sort of double meaning.”

Having only formed in 2016, Tundra have already made a name for themselves with their BurySound music competition winning in 2017, festival slots at The Cambridge Strawberry Fair, SwanFest and BNatural and now their return with ‘Life’s a Beach’ dropping April 27th.
