Acclaimed Indie/Rock Singer With Over A Million Stream's Daniel Pearson's New Single 'Until The Sun Comes Up' Is Out May 17th

Following press and radio acclaim for his recent singles Pieces Of A Puzzle and Honest Man and over a million Spotify streams already in 2018, Daniel Pearson has unveiled another new song for streaming/download. Until The Sun Comes Up delivers 3 minutes of defiant optimism in the face of adversity, with lush 60’s pop harmonies and driving country-rock guitars.

“The first two singles I put out this year were kind of introspective, restless songs questioning our places in the world” explains the singer-songwriter & multi-instrumentalist. “Until The Sun Comes Up is more straightforward - it’s a direct song about refusing to take things lying down and never giving up. It’s kind of a call to arms-when walls go up, we’ll climb them. The melodies and music are upbeat but the message is pretty steely and resolute.”

With a loyal fanbase on streaming and social media and new singles dropping throughout 2018, Pearson is a 21st-century digital artist steeped in analogue culture. In coverage of his three albums so far, writers for Uncut Magazine, Drowned In Sound, PopMatters, Baeble Music & more have been quick to praise timeless songwriting and poetic lyrics that draw on classic rock and Americana influences. His songs have also been aired by influential DJs on BBC Radio 2, BBC 6 Music,
BBC Scotland, KROQ, Triple J Radio & more, and he’s toured the UK and USA in recent years.
