Kelly Erez NEW SINGLE 'Clear My Name' Out 28th September 2018 From New EP "Clear My Name"

Kelly’s debut album ‘Come To Me’ received BBC Radio support from DJ Target (1Xtra), Tom Robinson (6 Music) and Tony Blackburn (GLR) as well as being a featured artist in Blues & Soul Magazine.

The new single is the lead track from Kelly’s much anticipated new EP ‘Clear My Name’. Produced by Joe Rodwell (Shy FX, Sigala, Ady Suleiman) in collaboration with Natalie Erez, it’s a message of attempting to clear her name by explaining to the ‘other woman’ that she left when she realised she existed.

With the main production handed by Rodwell, the EP consists of five tracks that take the listener through a journey of relationship experiences. Production credits also include Ivor ‘Ice’ Chrichlow (Run The Water), Kelly and Natalie Erez. An emotional bonus track about her younger sister features Yomi Sehindemi (LCGC) on piano and shows a vulnerable insight into their lives.

Described as ‘a fusion of early Mariah Carey and Toni Braxton’, some may say that Kelly’s glossy transatlantic sound is in direct contradiction to her grounded upbringing in Stratford in the East End of London. Watch this space!!

Kelly has also been collaborating with some of the biggest established writers in the UK and abroad over the last few years, with a focus on songwriting for other artists. Her partnership with sister Natalie, who co-wrote and produced the album, also continues as they frequently write together in their London studio.
