It's being reported by numerous fans attending a convention in Paris that Skeet Ulrich has confirmed Riverdale has been renewed and the dates for when filming begin. Whilst the live ratings for Season 2 haven't exactly been ideal (they've fallen roughly 50%) it's important to note The CW doesn't really pay attention to live ratings anymore, as most of its viewers tend to watch online or through Netflix Internationally, where Riverdale is available the day after airing in the US.
