Sacha Osborn Releases New Single 'It Could Be You' on 27th April

Sascha Osborn - Could It Be You - new single - digital release date Friday 27th April 2018.

Could It Be You

The first single from Sascha Osborn’s debut album, ‘Looking Out and After’ recorded and produced by Patrick Wood, due to be released in the autumn
of 2018.

The lyric, inspired by Lunch Poems by Frank O’Hara, was written one lunchtime on a park bench overlooking the River Thames. A reflective song exploring the light and darkness of love, loneliness, uncertainty and hope. A delicate love song, with extended chords floating in cyclic motion, double bass evoking tender ocean depths and sensitive drums and percussion inducing gentle intensity, beautifully produced.

Brief Bio
Sascha Osborn, is a London based singer songwriter, inspired by jazz harmony, soulful melodies and descriptive lyrics - all combining to create reflective heartfelt songs. Influences range from Maria Callas, Billie Holiday, Terry Callier, various ECM artists through to a love of simple everyday natural beauty.

Unexpectedly, a mandatory six-month hiatus from singing proved to be a catalyst in finding her stylistic voice; losing her voice, led her to finding her voice. During this period, she listened to mountains of music and started writing songs on the guitar, singing melodies in her head and then, following further and fuller engagement in song writing, released her debut five-track EP ‘Love Finds You’ on 14th September 2015.

Further developing Sascha’s distinctive sound and influences, her debut album introduces the musical personalities of the talented Patrick Wood (guitars, Rhodes, Wurlitzer, piano) Roy Dodds (drums and percussion) and Simon Edwards (double and electric bass.) If, the EP is a watercolour, thenthe album is an oil painting weaving shades of hope, loss, change, love and reflection; introduced by the first single release, Could It Be You.

Riverdale Renewed For A 3rd Season?

It's being reported by numerous fans attending a convention in Paris that Skeet Ulrich has confirmed Riverdale has been renewed and the dates for when filming begin. Whilst the live ratings for Season 2 haven't exactly been ideal (they've fallen roughly 50%) it's important to note The CW doesn't really pay attention to live ratings anymore, as most of its viewers tend to watch online or through Netflix Internationally, where Riverdale is available the day after airing in the US.

For now this will remain quite concrete speculation, as The CW isn't expected to confirm any renewal news until the Upfronts in May. You can check out the tweets below and let us know your thoughts.

Esme Releases New Single 'I Wonder'

Sydney based Songstress Esmé lures her listeners in with a spellbinding tonal quality and a rhythmically entrancing sound. Imagine a soundscape of stripped back beats, electro-acoustic guitar melodies and a soul imbued voice.

Esmés unique approach to music and song writing can be attributed to her upbringing. She is one of eight children and was home schooled until grade 8, mastering the art of independent learning at a young age, self taught in both voice and piano. She left school and home at the age of 16 and began performing in small cafes and bars in Northern Queensland, before moving to Sydney to pursue music full time. Her long awaited debut single Come with Me was self released in December 2017, sparking the attention of Triple J and surprising the Sydney music scene with her understated sound. Esmé will release her second single I Wonder on the 30th of March 2018.

“My sister Olivia and I have always been extremely close. In 2014, our father passed away in our arms after a very long struggle post car accident. It was just the two of us with him at the time. I feel like this experience especially has always lead us to explore ontological ideas, me through music and her through poetry, she’s a writer. She texted me the words to ‘I wonder’ randomly one day. Her lyrics seemed to latch onto my melody, and my chords seemed to occupy the space in between the words perfectly.“ - Esmé

I Wonder song explores the invisible reality of human beings that can’t be physically seen like our bodies, yet we often understand to be the most alluring aspects of ourselves. I wonder explores the question with lulling electric guitar patterns and subtle synths, to what extent are we transcendent?

Esmé music is reflective of the person she is; quiet and understated at first but full of intricacy and emotion the further you listen. Esmé lures listeners in with a spellbinding tonal quality and a rhythmically entrancing sound. She draws inspiration from jazz, soul, art and poetry to create a hushed hybrid of jazz infused electro soul.

Fields of Violet to Release Debut EP 'Into The Unknown' on 23rd April

Created from the Multi-faceted mind of producer/songwriter Rafael Katigbak, the musical project Fields of Violet began its journey in early 2017 and so far, has manifested into an authentic, innovative, and dynamic musical chemistry with a very versatile signature sound.

While Katigbak, from Melbourne in Australia, is the sole member and anchor songwriter, Fields of Violet is comprised of a vast array of feature-artists and musicians from all over the world. “Fields of Violet’s purpose is strictly to create music and explore different soundscapes. It is not intended to be a live act”
states Katigbak. This vision is clearly manifested in their debut EP entitled “Into the Unknown” with its creative composition, strong musicianship qualities and production value.

Although Katigbak mentions Steven Wilson and Devin Townsend among his inspirations, Fields of Violet does not have any direct artist comparisons that could be immediately noted. The sound is comprised of many different multi-genre components that come together with a very solidified chemistry among several professional musicians from many different backgrounds with limitless signature touches. There are many defining factors, but no borders or boundaries. While the music emulates a Rock component, it is open to any and all genre influences.

With Fields of Violet’s EP slated for release on the 23rd of April 2018, the sky is the limit for Rafael Katigbak and the cast of characters that have joined in on this project. Be sure to keep up with Fields of Violet by connecting through their official website, social media and music streaming platforms for

Hayley Kiyoko 'Expectations' Album Review

The day has finally arrived. Yes Hayley Kiyoko’s debut studio album ‘Expectations’ is finally here. Being her debut studio album is an important distinction to make as she has previously released 3 EP’s, but ‘Expectations’ is her first full length album. It’s 13 tracks and 48 minutes long of an absolute breath of fresh air.

For a quick recap, Hayley Kiyoko somewhat burst onto the scene with the brilliant ‘Girls like Girl’s’. It’s still a song and music video widely spoken about today, and it feels as though it’s been around a lot longer than its 2 year spell. Another thing to note is unfortunately whilst society may have come a long way since a decade or so ago, the number of LGBT Artists in the mainstream of the music industry is still incredibly small. That’s a problem not just for the industry, but for people seeking the enjoyment of listening to music that they can relate to. Sure the radio’s are full to the brink with catchy Pop songs that we all love to sing and dance a long to, but are a lot of those Pop songs telling stories of LGBT relationships and experiences? No.

Which is why Artists such as Hayley Kiyoko are so important. ‘Expectations’, like all of Hayley’s music is an unapologetically queer album. But I feel what makes most albums, and indeed most music, in the society that we’re living in today so good is Artistic involvement. Songs where the Artists have been involved in the lyrical aspects of the song and in some cases Production aspects, are what I enjoy the most. It makes what I’m listening to more personal, because these are songs coming from the Artists own experience. It also leads to far less generic lyrics and that is always a plus.

It would be difficult to give this album a track by track analysis, given 4 out of the 13 songs were released prior to the album and ‘Expecations (Overture)’ and ‘xx’ are too short in length to really be classed as tracks.

Speaking on personal preferences I love when albums are non-stop from start to finish. I love when one song is going towards its ending, but is blended in with the next stop so the music never stops. It can sometimes feel really abrupt to me when a song has had a great build-up and climax of music, and then suddenly stops and we have around 5-10 seconds of silence waiting for the next track to begin. With ‘Expectations’ that minor gripe is more or less obsolete. ‘Expecations (Overture)’ is the opening track of the album and leaves wonderfully into ‘Feelings’. It is a really neat track and probably sits somewhere among my top 10 favourites of hers, and the music video is absolutely wonderful.

The stand-out track on the album though has to be the duet with Kehlani ‘What I Need’. I’ve already said most of what needed to be said in the New Music Friday, because it is an absolutely superb track. Kehlani’s music isn’t exactly something that I’m familiar with, but this could tempt me to check out some of her music and I think that counts as an extra win.

‘Sleepover’ is another track that was released prior to the album’s release and is among the slower side of things, but still as effective. If you haven’t checked out the music video for this beauty, then you are missing out because it’s as soft and wonderful as the song.

‘Mercy/Gatekeeper’ is one of the albums double tracks. I’m not particularly a fan of double tracks, because I tend to find the individual message of the songs gets lost. Hayley Kiyoko though makes it work. It follows in the footsteps of ‘Sleepover’ in being a slow tempo ballad in the first part of the song, tugging at the heartstrings, and then in the second half of the song steps things up a notch again, before then veering off into another direction for its climax. Songs that take risks, having multiple genres of music all effortlessly blending together and basically delivering a musical experience are songs that I very much adore.

Following on from this is the second of the albums double tracks ‘Under the Blue/Take Me In’. It’s a bit more of a by the numbers song, but it leads well into the excellent ‘Curious’. It’s probably my second favourite song on the album, most definitely joining ‘Feelings’ in my top 10 all time songs, and is again accompanied by a superb music video because if there’s one thing Hayley does better than creating fantastic songs, it’s music videos.

As said previously ‘xx’ is too short to really be described as a song, considering it is only 51 seconds long. It feels more like a brief intermission, finishing the first act of the album and opening the second act, and that is somewhat of a shame because musically it sounds great. ‘Wanna Be Missed’ is probably my third favourite song based on the attitude alone. It’s a Pop/RNB number mixing the elements, and delivering a bundle of attitude as Hayley sings of wanting a previous partner to still want and need her. It’s a genre of post break-up song that I really wish more Artists would explore. ‘He’ll Never Love You (HNLY)’ follows on and at this point if by some miracle your wig is still attached to your head, it’s well and truly gone. It’s a tropical Pop song, following on from the message in ‘Wanna Be Missed’ by informed a former partner the new guy they’re with will never love them the way Hayley does.

‘Palm Dreams’ continues to step up the tempo as the album reaches its finale with a late 80’s/early 90’s Pop number. Following that is ‘Molecules’ that has a fantastic pre-chorus build-up equally matched by the chorus. I can’t explain what exactly about this song makes it so damn good, it just is. The album finishes with ‘Let It Be’. It is always extremely difficult to sort out where exactly which song is going to go where on the album, and particularly deciding which songs are going to open and close an album. ‘Let It Be’ is without doubt my favourite song on the album and the perfect choice for closing. As soon as I pressed play on it last week (it was the final track released prior to the album) I was completely in love with it. The music, the lyrics, Hayley’s voice. It’s all just so completely perfect.

As I mention in my Fickle Friends review recently, sometimes when you wait so long for an album to be released, your expectations can be too high and the album turn out to be really bad. ‘Expectations’ just like ‘You Are Someone Else’ very much doesn’t have this problem. The album has the right amount of up tempo songs, and the right amount of ballads. Lyrically the album is top notch, and accompanied by quality production with the music (There is absolutely nothing worse than great lyrics with terrible music and no-one can convince me otherwise). Hayley Kiyoko has more than delivered 20gayteen with ‘Expectations’.

Norquay Releases New Single 'Shalalala Boom' From New EP Apocalyptic Blues

Norquay - Shalalala Boom - out now from his new 4 track e.p.

With brand new music to follow his Vices e.p, Andrew Norquay is back!

When the muse comes a calling there is no stopping her inspiration. Just ask songwriter/musician ANDREW NORQUAY.

Having taken three years away from music due to commitments as a commercial diver, the creative roar within Andrew has erupted, steering him into finding a new explosive energy and expansive adventure for his alternative rock sound.

Drawing on inspirations which include the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Muse, Radiohead, and Oasis, Aberdeenshire hailing Andrew has breached new imagination and inventive tenacity in the songs bred since his return to the music scene.

Lyrically, they explore and challenge personal and social issues within a landscape of growling riffs and fiery melodies. It makes for propositions which leave a lingering impact on thought and any appetite for evocatively rousing rock ‘n’ roll.

His last e.p. picked up airplay all over the globe and e.p. number 2 looks like it'll follow suit with its "straight up rock n roll, riffs, rocky and bluesy" feel.

New Music Friday

Here at CONTROLRadioUK we're always on the look-out for music be it for the playlist, or just because we think the tracks are pretty neat. And on New Music Friday, we're bringing you a select choice of the freshest tracks released this week.

This has truly been a great week musically and what better way to kick off this weeks New Music Friday than with this beauty from Chvrches Never Say Die. I don't completely get why exactly some are calling this a slow tempo song, because it's anything but. It's an absolutely superb song that probably lulls into a false sense of security with the slow build up to the first chorus that I guess could be classified as slow tempo. Chvrches have now released a number of songs from their upcoming album. All of the songs have different styles of music to them, so if we're judging by them, then we're in store for one hell of an album. The musical climax towards the end of Never Say Die feels extremely futuristic and I wouldn't be surprised if this song pops up on a movie trailer at some point in the future.

My review of the album is coming VERY soon, but I just couldn't resist the opportunity to talk about this song in depth. It's one of the best songs on the album. It is musically and lyrically sound. Which usually when discussing Hayley Kiyoko isn't news but What I need is a collaboration with Kehlani . Collaborations are always really hard to get right. The two Artists need to gel vocally, you have to make sure the song doesn't sound messy and that one Artist doesn't overpower the other. What I need thankfully doesn't have any of these problems, and if this song gets a music video? I'm never shutting up about it.

I feel as though MØ's heard me constantly pleading for her to release a single that ISN'T a collaboration, and Nostalgia is one heck of a bop. The lyrics video to accompany it is extremely fitting, but let's just focus on Nostalgia for a moment. It's the type of bop that will be glued to your party playlist for the next few months at the very least. It's got reggae undertones to it, and the background vocals are quite haunting, as is the song itself in places. Nostalgia is probably the most perfect song title I've come across in a while as it does sum up the song quite neatly. It's looking back on the past, feeling a little sad as it reminisces, but also feeling optimistic for the future.

In the not so distant pass we did cover one of Zak Abel's songs in one of our CONTROLRadioUK Picks. Since then he has produced some mighty fine songs that have unfortunately not been to the taste of the rest of CONTROLRadioUK HQ. From the moment I clicked play on Long Song I knew it would be featuring here. It's got a slight sample in the under beats, but this is a pretty good up tempo Pop number. Most importantly of all? It's part of the genre of break-up songs that I really do wish more people would explore. We're not feeling sad and devastated over a break-up here, wishing hopelessly that we could change things. Nope! We've accepted it, moved on from it and are instead looking basically mocking the ex for the fact they probably think this is gonna be a mopey song, and instead it's anything but. Honestly it's songwriting at its absolute best, producing a might refreshing number that completely deserves to take the chart by storm.

To finish off this weeks New Music Friday, we have this delightful triple collaboration between Digital Farm Animals, Shaun Frank and the beyond criminally underrated Dragonette called Tokyo Nights. Clicking play on this song I had no idea what exactly to expect. I basically came here for Dragonette and stayed to be completely and utterly wowed. Tokyo Nights is an up tempo Pop/Somewhat Dance song. Its production values are absolutely incredible, and this is a rare song that could probably be propelled to another level with a remix. For now though you can enjoy breaking the replay button on this, and let us know in the comments what you're listening to this Friday.

What To Watch Tonight

Yay Friday has finally arrived! Another end to another working week, and of course we're in for quite a brilliant night of TV.

First up and on ABC at 9pm, you can watch Agents of SHIELD. We are all probably still trying to scoop our jaw up off the floor following last weeks phenomenal episode that is unlikely to ever be topped because who truly saw THAT twist coming. From critics previews and of course the Wonder Con panel, it seems like tonights episode will have a different feel to it, but of course keep the story moving forward and I cannot wait to watch.

COULSON DISCOVERS GENERAL HALE’S DARK SECRET, ON ABC’S ‘MARVEL’S AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.’

Leading into tonights episode of SHIELD is of course Once Upon A Time continuing its final chapter tonight. Strangely enough ABC haven't released any promotional photos for the episode, which one could only assume they're doing because it is that big an episode.

Over on CBS you can catch Hawaii Five-0 at 9pm. It looks set to be an action packed episode with 3 different storylines all running alongside each other, which is always interesting in a procedural. Undoubtedly though this episode is a biggie for the fact series star Alex O’Loughlin is stepping behind the camera for the first time in the series 8 year run and directing.

THE EX-WIFE OF THE MAN WHO SHOT DANNY COMES TO OAHU AND REVEALS HOW DANNY HELPED SAVE HER LIFE, ON “HAWAII FIVE-0,” FRIDAY, MARCH 30

The episode was directed by series star Alex O’Loughlin. Jimmy Buffett returns as Frank Bama.

(“E ho’okō kuleana” is Hawaiian for “To Do One’s Duty”)

Over on NBC and at 8pm you can watch Blindspot. We're now well and truly moving into the business end of the season, with a number of shows set to wrap over the next month or two and with twists, turns & shocks constantly being thrown at us, it'll be extremely interesting to see where Blindspot goes.

In decades to come, when civilization has all but been destroyed and the last remnants of humanity are looking back through history for some remnant of hope to reassure them everything is gonna be OK, Friday 30th March 2018 will be there first port of call. Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi is now out on DVD. It's joined by Mr. Robot Season 3, The first season of the excellent Legion (and just in time for a quick catch-up before season 2 airs on FX, The Americans 5th season, Last Man In Aleppo and An Act of Violence. Arrow - Episode 6.21 - Colin Donnell Returning

Arrow is aiming to end this season on a high! Fresh off the back of Caity Lotz Finale Appearance Revealed, Stephen Amell took to Twitter this evening to possibly reveal Colin Donnell is returning? There's been no official word yet so we're not completely sure and will update this post as and when confirmation comes out. In the meantime you can see Stephen's tweet below.

Lee Christian Releases New Single 'M0N£Y' Featuring Half Decent

We are excited to bring you a tune for the times we live in... 'M0N£Y' by Oxford/Bath UK based eclectic electronic solo artist Lee Christian featuring Half Decent.

For 'Vocation', Lee Christian's 6th solo record in 5 years, (working seperately from his bands Smilex & The Prohibition Smokers' Club) rather than write, perform and produce everything as he has done so far, Lee decided to work with many talented producers (previous collaborators and brand new), focussing instead solely on lyrics, melodies and harmonies.

As the album’s ambassador, 'M0N£Y' is a perfect example of an artist & producer (in this case, friend and collaborator on many Quickfix Recordings releases, plus rising star in his own right, rapper & producer Half Decent) having enough similar and yet some different tastes & approaches to produce a rare, magical chemistry. Joining the duo on the extended guitar version for a brain-frying guest solo is eccentric Texas Fret-Burner Vanilla Wafa.

For fans of Tricky, Ice Cube, NIN, Run The Jewels, Gorillaz, Beck, N.E.R.D, Tech N9ne, The Streets, Kano and even a bit of Buckethead!

There's also an awesome video by young director Jules Hawking

Sick N' Beautiful Unveil New Single 'Heart December (Gates II)', Album Out In May

Sick N' Beautiful New Single 'Heart December (Gates II)' Super stylish video for fans of sci-fi, romance and geishas.

Intergalactic refugees Sick N' Beautiful have unveiled their stylish video for the track 'Heart December (Gates II)'. The video for the track weaves a tale as old as time itself, one of love, conflict and loss, but with a twist worthy of the big screen. This level of out of this world storytelling is just one of the many great things about Sick N' Beautiful, and the band are fully capable of backing it up with their music. Some have style, others have substance, Sick N' Beautiful have both.

Heart December (Gates II) is taken from the intergalactic hordes' forthcoming new album, 'Element Of Sex'. Sick N' Beautiful ran a successful Pledge campaign for the new album, and having smashed their target the countdown is on until the album is available everywhere late this Spring.

About Sick N' Beautiful

<< LV-426 'ACHERON': that's the terraforming hell-hole of a planet we call home. A colony of scientists and hard-working people, making better worlds. We are intergalactic circus people, performing for the enjoyment of the good colonists, and the other races we meet in our travels. We left Acheron some time ago, and because of severe damage to our rocket ship, we haven't been able to get in touch with our home planet in recent times. We fly the BFS9000, a ship that has seen better days. Even so, the massive engine failure came totally unexpected. With nowhere else left to go, we crash-landed on this blue mess you call Earth. Our ship is stuck here until we get enough money to fix it and resume our voyage. Therefore, ladies and gentlemen, we bid you welcome to the circus of Sick N' Beautiful. Be amazed by the animals, be kind to the clownfolk, and be generous with your cash! >>

Green Rock River Band Release Their New Single 'Hard Times' on May 12th

Green Rock River Band release their new single Hard Times on May 12th . Taken from the album Edgelands.

Following the successful release of the Green Rock River Band’s first album, ‘Rhinoceros’ (8/10 Americana UK, “Quite Extraordinary”, Mike Harding, BBC Radio 2 & Mike Harding Folk Show) the band became very much in demand. They scored the feature length soundtrack to British apocalyptic comedy, The Fitzroy, and helped the film pick up two awards at SXSW festival in Austin Texas. They toured regional theatres across the UK and enjoyed radio play throughout Europe, the US and locally in the UK. They cemented their place as one of the UK’s leading Alt-Folk, Country bands.

In 2017 however, they took a step back. They took time to reflect on the environment around them, taking in the musical, political and social landscape, channelling their observations and emotions into new song-writing and arrangements. This new perspective is reflected in their latest musical offering, Edgelands.

Green Rock River Band's second album, Edgelands, takes its inspiration from the unloved, in-between and forgotten spaces on the edges of cities; the bit of scrap land by the side of the ring road or behind the out-of-town shopping centre. Folk and country music often taps into a sense of freedom offered by the open road and the wide expanses of the open plains, but these are not landscapes the band grew up in or occupy in our modern world. The edgeland places are a very British, suburban kind of wilderness.

The album explores different characters as they pass through these places, like the young children in the song ‘Kevin, King of the Edgelands,’ two pre-teens who see the edgelands as their kingdom, ruling with a feral solidarity built out of friendship and abandoned radiator parts. Or the narrator in ‘Hard Times’ who through poor circumstance has travelled through the edgelands and found themselves on the edge of the world, with nothing left but to throw rocks at the sea. ‘I Loved This City’ tells the familiar tale of how these spaces expand and grow, as cities engulf more and more land to accommodate the need for a place to call home.

While these modern parables show us an unsettling and bleak scene, ‘Infinite Possibilities’ celebrates the startling beauty that can be found in the forgotten corners of wasteland. With the right mixture of night time, isolation and service station strip lighting, the edgelands can be as reverent as a cathedral or old theatre. The track, ‘Brockwell Park’, is an instrumental that invites the listener to celebrate these spaces where communities cross over and socialise. The final track ‘Tomorrow’ brings the album to a close, with a look to the future, it is a gentle, yet furious call to arms, to create a world with enough compassion to fill the deepest and darkest corner of this urban to rural wasteland.

Though Legends of Tomorrow is finishing up its (super awesome) third season in another week*, it won’t be the last that we’ll see of Caity Lotz‘s Captain Sara Lance in the Arrowverse this year. As we were told exclusively today, Lotz will be making an appearance on the season finale of Arrow on May 17th. There are no more details to that storyline as of yet (since Arrow is just now returning from a short hiatus tonight), which means there is a lot to speculate on.

CONTROLRadioUK Looks At Some Of The Albums Still To Come This Year

To start with a disclaimer, there are A LOT of albums that are still to be released and if we attempted to fit all of them in this article it'd be never ending. So this article is more about the most anticipated albums to come this year, rather than being a complete list which you can find at Metacritic

Starting off with the Queen of Pop Kylie Minogue, because how can I not? The wait for Golden will thankfully not be lasting much longer, since it arrives next Friday on April 6th . She's already released two singles from it in 'Dancing' & 'Stop Me From Falling'. Both of which I personally felt were excellent and am completely digging the new sound she's working, but others at CONTROLRadioUK HQ aren't as enthusiastic and will only listen if decent remixes are attached.

You can't mention albums still to come and not mention Zayn. Regardless of whether you're a fan or not, it's impossible to argue that his music isn't fantastic. 'Mind of Mine' has rarely left my playlist since it was released Dusk Till Dawn was a fantastic track with a great video and still routed to my playlist. There's no title, release date or really anything known except for the fact Zayn has finished it and it is coming.

Chvrches new album 'Love is Dead' is due out on the 25th May. I absolutely cannot wait. The singles released from the album tease a slightly different sound, which I am completely here for. It's been an extremely long 3 year wait for new material, and honestly feels a heck of a lot longer than that, and I'm very much confident the album will live up to the hype.

Leigh-Anne confirmed a couple of weeks ago they've started work on the new album. Fan pictures floating around the net from dedicated Mixers, along with the girls own Instagram photos & of course the official Twitter account all confirmed the news. The only debate in the Little Mix fandom seems to be over the type of sound the new album goes with. Will it be the Tropical/EDM-Esque/Pop numbers to keep us dancing all night long? Or will it go a bit harder on the RNB ala 'Salute' and in general take risks with sounds that may not be as radio-friendly, but show their growth as musicians instead of being lumbered with the same sound everyone else has? That's probably a debate that will rage on until the end of time. I sit firmly on the fence and of the opinion there is plain & simple never enough Little Mix material. Which is not something I would've seen myself saying a few years ago.

Considering (and I mean this in the absolute best way) it feels like Anne Marie has been around forever, it's amazing that her debut album is being released on 27th April. Speak Your Mind is an album that has been long in the waiting, with mighty fine hits Alarm, Ciao Adios and her collaboration with Marshmellow Friends all lighting up the charts, and one can only hope the album lives up to the hype.

Friendly Reminder Hayley Kiyoko's Expectations and The Vaccines Combat Sports are both released tomorrow, and that's the only reason they haven't featured above.
