Netflix have today released the first official trailer and first look photos for Bird Box, which is released on the streaming giant 21st December.
The film, which has an all-star cast including Sandra Bullock, Sarah Paulson, John Malkovich and Trevante Rhodes, sees a mysterious force decimate the world's population and only one thing is certain; if you see it, you take your life. Facing the unknown, Malorie finds love, hope and a new beginning only for it to unravel. Now she must flee with her two children down a treacherous river to the one place left that may offer sanctuary. But to survive, they'll have to undertake the perilous two-day journey blindfolded.
The movie is based off the 2014 novel of the same name and will have its world premiere at the AFI Fest on 12 November. You can see first look photos released by Netflix below.
